It’s produced by Korea OMRON electronic.
OMRON (http://www.omron.co.kr/) is Japanese company.
Like Continental automotive Korea and Robert Bosch Korea, there is Korea OMRON as well. We call “Hankook(Korea) OMRON”
Hankook OMRON has 4 different business units : Industrial Automatic, Electronic Components, Automotive Electronics, Healthcare Devices.
I guess Automoitve electronic (http://www.omronoka.co.kr) is in charge of those Hyundai/Kia relays.
A relay is essentially a switch that is operated electrically rather than mechanically. Although there are various relay designs, the ones most commonly found in low voltage auto and marine applications are electro-mechanical relays that work by activating an electromagnet to pull a set of contacts to make or break a circuit. These are used extensively throughout vehicle electrical systems. From “Automotive Relay Guid” site address : https://www.12voltplanet.co.uk/relay-guide.html
In Korea auto parts market, it’s difficult to gather this part. It’s classified in switch category which has serious supplying issue. Plus it’s quite cheap part, so nobody has interest to produce them actively. I guess there are Chinese products too.
Be noted “Original” Korean relays are produced by OMRON and LS Automotive(You can find the logo “DECO”), Go-ryeo Electronics.
