In 2015, officially it was informed that Korea Delphi Automotive change its name to Erae Automotive Systems.

In Sept 2015, Erae CS company took over 50% of shares in Korea Delphi Automotive, which Delphi US possessed. The amount of shares is about KRW 80,000,000,000(it’s about USD 71 million).
