Currently I heard that Hyundai/Kia cars are sold better and better in US. For example, in June 2019 Hyundai sold more than 64,200 units in US which is 2% increased in comparison with last year. Kia – 0.4% increased sales.

But today I read the article which states about Hyundai/Kia’s recall and its effects.

Actually I found one English article which says that ‘Hyundai and Kia delayed recall even after recognizing engine defects’.

On 1st of August, Hyundai/Kia officially announce that they will conduct recall voluntarily because of defect : fuel pipes of Hyundai Genesis  and ABS brake system of Kia Optima(domestic name K5).

Some experts says that this recall will not affects on sales figure since it’s voluntary.
