Date 2nd October.
I found the news article that Hyundai/Kia sue 4 of train companies in USA : BNSF, CSX, Norfolk Southern Corporation, Union Pacific Corporation.

The reason why Hyundai/Kia sue them is due to fuel surcharges.
They claimed that those 4 train companies violated the Antimonopoly Act by increasing fuel surcharges exaggeratingly. The amount of profit increasing fuel surcharges is over $ 6 billion.
Hyundai/Kia brought up this issue to California district court but those 4 companies rejected criticism.
I couldn’t find this article in English version.
I got it from this news site : http://www.autodaily.co.kr/news/articleView.html?idxno=411946
Actually I don’t understand what they are doing, why they sue those companies. What kinds of profit Hyundai Kia may takes from this issue?
