Do you know Chabak?
“Chabak” is a newly coined word. “Cha” means car, and “bak” means stay night.
I don’t know how to translate in English exactly. If you know, please leave a comment 🙂
By the way, “Chabak” is quite popular in Korea now because of the Covid 19 pandemic situation.
GM marketing team “Ad&Communication” successfully presented Chevrolet “Treverse” and “Colorado” by using this Chabak trend.
As they presented Chabak interior in those cars in Korean TV program “House with wheels”, keyword “Treverse” searching volume has been increased rapidly 42% more.

Over the past five years, the number of camping trailers has increased by more than 20% annually. I guess it’s because of Covid 19 pandemic situation and Chabak marketing.
According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, registration of camping trailers last year increased nearly threefold from 2016 to 17,799 units.
