Twim signed a contract to supply artificial intelligence testers to auto parts manufacturers
TWIM, a company specializing in artificial intelligence inspection facilities, announced on the 29th that it would build an artificial intelligence inspection equipment (T-MEGA) at company J, an automobile parts company.Company J, which specializes in fasteners, has to increase the number of inspectors while expanding the production line, but due to the Corona issue, it is difficult to hire manpower and raises labor costs. To prevent this, deep learning-type inspection equipment was introduced.
In this project, engraving, mill scale, burr, and burr, etc. are to be inspected centered on a total of 5 inspection areas on the top, bottom, side, and inside. In addition, with the know-how acquired through the previously established reference, the inspection speed has been improved by about 2 times compared to the previous version, and it has been proven that each unit undergoes a full inspection in 0.75 seconds.
