Main Products
Cylinder Head Gasket
Cylinder head gaskets are key engine components that seal high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas, coolant, and lubricating oil between the cylinder block and cylinder head. KDG manufactures gaskets for passenger and commercial engines, ranging from 2-cylinder to 6-cylinder applications, including Single Layer Steel (SLS) and Multi Layer Steel (MLS) structures.
Automatic Transmission Gasket
Transmission gaskets are used in valve bodies, which are key components of automatic transmission hydraulic control systems. KDG produces separating plates and bonded valve body gaskets using automated forming, grinding, inspection, and bonding production lines.
Intake / Exhaust Manifold & Muffler Gasket
KDG manufactures intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, turbocharger gaskets, EGR gaskets, and muffler gaskets. These products are made with stainless steel, heat-resistant sheets, non-asbestos sheets, RCM materials, and multi-layer structures for high heat resistance, durability, and sealing performance.
Single Part Gasket
Single part gaskets are applied to engine lubrication and coolant circulation systems. The company uses various materials with oil resistance, coolant resistance, and durability.
Gasket Washer & Washer Thrust
KDG produces washers made from copper, aluminum, phosphor bronze, and other materials. These are key sealing components used in automatic transmissions and packing applications, supported by strict production standards and vision inspection systems.
Electric Vehicle Gasket
KDG also manufactures inverter gaskets and cooler gaskets for electric vehicles. These products are applied around inverters, input/output units, motor housings, and cooling components where airtight sealing is required.
